Want to have some fun with food and wine? The Kelowna campus of Okanagan College is putting on a food and wine pairing course. It’s a practical way of learning about why certain foods go with certain wines and why other combinations might not work at all. It’s a lot of fun, a lot of in-class practicing (of course meaning ‘wine tasting’) and one of the most fun final projects in any food and wine course.
How do I know?
I will be the teacher again this semester.
The course is open to the public to anyone who is interested in this topic. Increase your wine knowledge (BC and international wines are used), learn how to expertly pair them with different foods, and create a memorable meal.
